We needed to have an electric panel replaced in our home and these guys (Todd and crew) went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. During the process, they found additional unrelated issues with the wiring and were able to quickly diagnose and repair what was needed. They even responded after hours/worked us into their schedule to come look at a potential short in the circuit that was causing a breaker to trip. From the owner to the front desk, they were all professional, timely, and thoroughly explained the details of every step of their work. Highly recommend them for any electrical repairs!

Highly Recommend - They quoted us 4 hours and replaced 4 ceiling fans, 2 chandeliers, 5 ceiling lights and 6 light switches in 3 hours 30 mins. Excellent job and excellent service! We are returning customers for a reason. They don’t upsell either. Don’t get quotes from anyone else!

I needed to have a Ring wired doorbell and 2 Ring floodlights installed at my house. I called Robert Baxter Electric and they sent Mike out the same day. Mike was super nice, professional and got started right away. He even made sure everything was cleaned up around the work areas before leaving. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

I needed to have licensed electricians ensure an outlet was adequate for a newly purchased kiln. Mike and Mike were awesome! I found out I needed a larger amp and they were able to perform the service during the initial appointment. Didn’t take long. Excellent experience with Baxter Electric. Needed a repair to washing machine outlet and a light switch replaced. They were available to come earlier than appointment. Mike and Mike were very friendly and professional. Definitely will use again.

Dakota was very friendly and knowledgeable! No one wants to pay for home repairs….but it was refreshing to have a serviceman who was clearly passionate about his job and knew exactly what he was doing.Baxter’s office gave me a 30 min window for the service call. Got a text message before and everything happened on time! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical work. They are a dying breed of family owned business.
